Ajman government announces the date of the Eid Al-Fitr holiday

Thursday, March 23, marked the beginning of the holy month in the Emirates. The number of days in an Islamic month can range from 29 to 30, depending on when the moon is viewed. Because astronomical estimates indicate that Ramadan will continue for 29 days this year, the holiday of Eid will start on Thursday, April 20, in Ajman. This is because Ramadan will last for 29 days.

This information was included in Circular Number Four, which was distributed by the department to all of the government agencies in reference to a holiday for the auspicious Eid al-Fitr festival for the year 1444 AH, which corresponds to the year 2023 AD.
