Bahrain: The Minister of Education adopts a decision to establish a national kindergarten

His Excellency Dr. Majid bin Ali Al Nuaimi, Minister of Education, has approved a decision to establish a national kindergarten under the name “Bahjah Al Asghar Kindergarten” for children from three to five years old.
The decision stipulated the kindergarten’s commitment to all articles and provisions of Decree-Law No. (25) of 1998 regarding private educational and training institutions and the decisions issued in implementation thereof, the rules and laws in force in the Kingdom of Bahrain, all decisions issued in implementation of them, and the legally established rules and regulations, including commitment to the number of children licensed by the Ministry in the current building of the kindergarten, and to collect the tuition fees approved by the ministry and not to raise them or add any other fees unless after obtaining a written approval from the ministry, and to plan and implement an educational program that matches the characteristics of the kindergarten children, and to fully equip the kindergarten in accordance with the educational requirements and taking all precautions to ensure the safety and security of children and staff while they are in the kindergarten.
