It was announced in a statement by Dubai's General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) that new passport control platforms had been introduced. These platforms are designed for children between the ages of four and twelve.
According to the authorities, the new counters can be seen in the arrivals hall of Terminal 3 at DXB. These counters have an eye-catching design that is centred on a space concept and feature vivid colours.
The nicest part about this location is that it provides the kids with the chance to stamp their own passports, which is always a highlight for them.
According to what the authority had to say about the matter, "on special occasions, the young travellers are received by 'Salem and Salama,' two mascots wearing the uniform of Dubai GDRFA employees."
According to GDRFA's explanation, Salem and Salama were planned to facilitate the formation of new friendships and the production of joy for young tourists as soon as they entered the city.
