Emirates Airlines.. is operating additional flights in order to meet the increased demand during the Eid Al-Fitr

In preparation for the approaching Eid al-Fitr holiday, Emirates is expanding the number of flights it operates around the region. Following the announcement of 38 more flights across the GCC and the greater Middle East, the airline anticipates transporting more than 110,000 people during the course of this week.

Riyadh, Dammam, Jeddah, Madinah, Kuwait, and Beirut will all benefit from the additional service.

Between April 19 and April 29, Riyadh will operate four additional flights to accommodate passengers flying to and from Dubai and other destinations.

During the busy holiday week of April 20-25, there will be three daily A380 flights to Jeddah in addition to six additional Boeing 777 aircraft.

There will be an additional five flights each week to Dammam, from April 20 through May 31.

Throughout that time period, there will be an additional flight on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays.

visitors from Saudi Arabia to Dubai

The airline predicted that many Saudis will be flying to Dubai, the Maldives, London, Phuket, Mauritius, Manila, and Paris for Eid Al Fitr celebrations.

For Eid, Emirates will operate eight more flights out of Kuwait, using Boeing 777s to travel to Dubai, the Maldives, Phuket, Bangkok, London, Mauritius, and Milan.

On April 23, Emirates will add an extra flight to its Beirut route to accommodate passengers returning home to see loved ones.
