Mohammed bin Rashid announces the best and worst of UAE's governmental services

The top and bottom of the United Arab Emirates' (UAE) government services are revealed by Mohammed bin Rashid.

To the Most Noble On Saturday, the Vice President and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates as well as the Ruler of Dubai, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, took to Twitter to reveal the services that had made it to the top of the list as well as those that had made it to the bottom of the list.

In addition to the high quality of the services provided by the Ministry of the Interior and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, he considered the process of issuing passports and driver's licences to be the most beneficial.
"The services of attestation and equivalence of educational certificates and booking medical appointments are at the very bottom of the list," he said. "These are the least important services."

According to Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid, these findings were compiled through the recently established Government Services Observatory, which collected one million ratings every month for more than 1,400 different government services.
