What you need to know about the price increase for the UAE Golden Visa 2023
The government of the UAE has introduced a new entry visa price of $340 for a stay of up to six months.

The United Arab Emirates Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Ports Security (ICP) has recently revised the costs associated with obtaining a six-month entry permit, which is necessary in order to submit an application for a ten-year UAE Golden Visa.
The ICP has just implemented a new fee for the entry permit, which is now set at $340. This fee covers a variety of costs, including $272.5 for the issue, $27 for the application, $27 for smart services, $8 for e-services, and $6 for taxes to the Federal Authority.
Who is qualified to apply?
Multiple categories of people are eligible to receive the Golden Visa. These categories include people with exceptional skills, such as scientists and specialists, investors in public investments, investors in real estate, business owners, high-performing high school students, graduates from accredited universities in the UAE, graduates from accredited universities outside of the country, and workers in the front line of defence.
The visa was created with the intention of luring in qualified experts and investors and encouraging them to remain in the country.
According to the report, individuals who wish to apply for an entry permit for the golden visa procedures are required to produce a number of documents. These documents include the passport of the person who is sponsoring them, a coloured personal photo, and evidence that they are qualified to receive a golden visa.

The authority also stated that entry permit applications will be refused electronically after a period of 30 days if the application was found to be incomplete or if there were data issues.
If the application is sent back three times because of data flaws or because the applicant failed to supply required documents, the application will be denied.
The application will only be denied if the fees are to be refunded, and refunds will be granted through a credit card within six months of submitting the application, or by a check or bank transfer, but only for banks situated inside the country, and within a period not exceeding five years. Refunds will be issued through credit card within six months of submitting the application.
