Qatar announces holidays for Eid Al Fitr 2023
Amiri Diwan Qatar has announced that all ministries and other government organisations will be closed during the Eid al-Fitr holiday in 2023.

On April 16, 2023, the Amiri Diwan made the following announcement on the Eid holidays that will be observed for Eid al Fitr 2023:
Eid Al Fitr 2023 holidays in Qatar
The holiday that will affect governmental ministries, other government agencies, and public bodies and institutions will begin on Wednesday, April 19, 2023 (Ramadan 28, 1444), and it will continue until Thursday, April 27, 2023. On the morning of Sunday, April 30th, 2023, the workers are expected to report for duty once again.
The Qatar Central Bank and the Qatar Financial Markets Authority are the entities tasked with the responsibility of exercising regulatory oversight over the nation's banks and other financial institutions. In the case that the Qatar Central Bank is closed for holidays, the Governor of the Qatar Central Bank is the one who will choose when the holidays will start and when they will end.
