The Meteorological Department said that the Kingdom of Bahrain is expected to be affected by an air depression that will cause the return of scattered rain starting from Saturday until next Monday.

The Meteorological Department said that the Kingdom of Bahrain is expected to be affected by an air depression that will cause the return of scattered rain starting from Saturday until next Monday.
The administration indicated the control of an atmospheric high these days, with light speed northwesterly winds blowing, which contributed to the rise in surface moisture levels throughout the Kingdom, which led to the formation of fog during the night and early morning hours, with a decrease in the level of horizontal visibility in some governorates of the Kingdom.
She stated that the weather maps indicate that the winds will shift to southeasterly later on Friday, February 18, to reach from moderate to brisk, and that there will be a rise in temperatures so that the weather tends to be warm, especially during the day.
She added, "According to the initial numerical forecast models, it becomes clear that an air depression in the upper atmosphere will be affected by the Kingdom next Saturday, as opportunities are prepared for isolated rain on Sunday and the beginning of Monday, February 20 and 21. Data and forecasts may change according to updates of weather models."
