The UAE requires employers to pay wages for workers electronically

The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation urged employers to pay domestic workers' wages electronically, through banks and money exchange companies in the country, and then benefit from the benefits provided by registration in the Wage Protection System for domestic workers.

And pay the employer's welcome payment, and pay the value of the wages through a salary payment system, and thirdly, pay the value of the salaries, and thirdly, ensure that the wages are delivered to the worker on time, and fourthly, the stability of relations between the employer and the domestic worker.

Dr. Abdulrahman bin Abdulmanan Al-Awar, Minister of Human Resources and Emiratisation, and a number of ministry leaders attended the iftar with hundreds of workers at the Al-Rawashed Mosque in the Al-Khawaneej area of Dubai, in collaboration with the Beit Al-Khair Association.

"Workers deserve our full appreciation and respect for their contribution to the development process in the UAE," Al-Awar said, adding that "the holy month of Ramadan is an ideal opportunity to meet with them, listen to their observations and opinions, and benefit from their labour market experiences."
