Urgent In honor of Eid al-Fitr, the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE) has decreed that all employees in the private sector across the UAE would have a paid holiday from the 29th of Ramadan through the 3rd of Shawwal. This holiday will begin on the 29th of Ramadan and continue through the 3rd of Shawwal. This special occasion is going to take place during the month of Shawwal.

Urgent UAE announces Eid al-Fitr 2023 holiday
According to the ministry, the declaration was made in accordance with the decision made by the Cabinet of the UAE to offer equal official public holidays to both the public and private sectors and government.
Earlier today, the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources (FAHR) in the United Arab Emirates reaffirmed the same dates for the Eid break that will be honored by the public sector. This break will be observed every year.
