UAE: Save up to 40% on summer's most popular experiences

MoMansour - | Arab News

Here are several activities you may enjoy at unbelievable pricing, like buggy rides and yacht rentals.

Now is the ideal moment to pursue adventure and excitement if you're looking for them. As summer draws near, a variety of fascinating outdoor pursuits are being provided at reduced rates, enabling you to discover the area's natural marvels without going over budget.

I only learned about it because some of my friends travelled here from Saudi Arabia, Canada, and India. Of course, they all wanted to travel about and have outdoor activities. I made the choice to take them to Ras Al Khaimah first, but on the route there, we discovered some buggies that were available for hire in Umm Al Quwain. We chose to reserve our ride since I thought it would be a fun way to start the day. I was taken aback when the price was shown to be significantly less than what is typically provided in the winter. We were successful in obtaining a 30% reduction.

Could it apply to other activities as well? I asked a few professionals in the travel sector, and I discovered that many others are being provided for really low costs.

Deepak Kaushik, sales director of Tours on Board, said: "Adventure seekers can now enjoy heart-pounding activities at reduced prices with discounts of up to 35 percent off regular rates."

I have the following on my list:

A fun way to explore the desert is on a buggy. There are many choices available, ranging from 25cc to 400cc self-drive rentals.

Buggies can be rented for anywhere from 30 minutes and many hours, depending on the location and service. The ride's stops at beautiful desert vistas are its best feature.

Discount: During the off-peak season, some buggy ride companies may offer the experience at a discount of up to 40%. You might be able to negotiate a better rate if you book ahead of time or in a group.

a jet ski

For a set amount of time, you can rent a jet ski and tour the waterways at your own leisure. Beaches, lakes, and rivers are just a few of the waterfront sites where rentals are available. It was tested out by my friends and me at Sharjah's Mamzar for Dh70 per hour, which is far less expensive than the prices charged in the winter. I've been informed that during peak season, the price doubles.

Discount: For weekday rentals or for reservations booked in advance, some businesses may provide a 40% discount.

Dhow cruise and dinner

Interested in a meal with a view? The best choice is a dhow cruise. These boats cruise around Dubai's Deira Creek, Marina, and Dubai Water Canal while providing customers with a buffet-style dinner and live entertainment.

Discount: "During the winter, the price per head begins at Dh45. However, the present cost would be around Dh10 less till the winter, according to Kaushik.

Yacht

A magnificent and unforgettable way to spend time with friends and family while sailing out to sea is by renting a yacht. For operations, a crew is typically stationed on the boat.

Discount: A 20–30% discount is typical during the summer. You can even save more money if you are skilled at haggling.

As a reminder, prices and offers sometimes change, so it's always a good idea to inquire directly with the provider for the most recent deals and discounts.
