The Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs in the State of Bahrain announced that the Sharia Vision Commission will hold its session this evening, Thursday; To receive news and testimonies of seeing the crescent of the month of Shawwal.
The Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs in the State of Bahrain called on anyone who has testimony or news about sighting the crescent to contact the Sharia Vision Authority to inform them of that.
For its part, the International Astronomy Center stated earlier that seeing the crescent of Shawwal is not possible with the naked eye in the Arab or Islamic world this Thursday evening, and it is not possible even using a telescope for the most part.

The UAE also announced through the Emirates News Agency that the first day of the month of Shawwal and Eid Al-Fitr will be tomorrow, Friday, the first day of Eid Al-Fitr in the Emirates Bahrain
And the Sharia Vision Authority in the Kingdom of Bahrain announced that Friday, April 21, 2023 AD is the first day of Eid Al-Fitr for the year 1444 AH.
