"Human Resources" in the Emirates is looking to develop the services of employers and workers

The UAE Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation discussed with the owners of guidance and counseling service centers ways to develop the services provided by the centers to employers and workers, and the challenges facing these 34 centers at the state level.

The Minister of Human Resources and Emiratisation, Dr. Abdul Rahman Al-Awar affirmed the ministry’s keenness to strengthen its partnerships with the centers of guidance and counseling services, especially in the future phase of the labor market and the changes that the work relationship will witness in light of the issuance of Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021 regarding the regulation of labor relations scheduled for implementation in 2 February 2022 requires raising the frequency of awareness programs in a way that contributes to achieving the objectives of the decree-law.

This came during a meeting held by the Minister with the owners of the centers for providing guidance and counseling services, at the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation’s office in Dubai, in the presence of the Ministry’s Undersecretary for Human Resources Affairs Saif Al Suwaidi, the Ministry’s Assistant Undersecretary for Inspection Affairs Maher Al-Obed, the Ministry’s Assistant Undersecretary for Labor Affairs Aisha Balharfia, and the Ministry’s Undersecretary Assistant for Domestic Labor Affairs Khalil Khoury, and a number of stakeholders in the ministry.
