In April, UAE shares an Easter eggstravaganza of Easter treats

In the month of April, Emirates will celebrate Easter with traditional lamb meals served in the lounges, baskets of steaming hot cross buns supplied onboard, sweet delights for kids and a number of new family-friendly films shown on ice.

From 7-10 April, Emirates passengers going in every travel class to select routes including Australia, USA, Canada, Europe, UK, Brazil, Philippines, South Africa, Mauritius, and Ghana, will enjoy a sumptuous range of Easter treats From April 7 through April 10, customers flying with Emirates in any of the airline's travel classes to certain destinations across the world, including Australia, the United States of America, Canada, Europe, the United Kingdom, Brazil, the Philippines, South Africa, Mauritius, and Ghana, will have access to a delectable assortment of Easter delights while they are on board.

From April 7-10, these items will be available on certain flights to and from Australia, the US, Canada, the UK, Brazil, the Philippines, South Africa, Mauritius, and Ghana, according to Emirates.

The United Arab Emirates airline also announced that each economy class passenger would receive a complimentary hot cross bun with their meal.

Passengers in First, Business, and Premium Economy can look forward to either a strawberry cheesecake with an attractive small Easter egg on top, or a chocolate cake with redcurrants and a rich ganache.

Easter themed dishes served in emirates lounges

There will be plenty of Easter delights for those flying in Emirates' premium cabins and having access to the airline's network of distinguished lounges throughout the world.

The Dubai First lounge serves dishes such as lamb chops with roasted potatoes and carrots in orange sauce.

Roast leg of lamb along with dates, green olives, and pomegranate will be available to guests in a US lounge.

Lamb cutlets coated in pistachios and served with red bell peppers, olive oil coulis, and veggies from the Singapore spring market are another option.

Finally, visitors to the United Kingdom will be able to order a traditional herb-crusted lamb dish served with chargrilled leeks, baby potatoes, cherry tomatoes, and a tart mint sauce.
