His Majesty Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Ruler of Sharjah and Member of the Supreme Council, has approved 834 jobs in the Emirate of Sharjah, including 545 jobs in the Sharjah Police replacement project, 30 jobs in Kalba Initiatives Implementation Authority projects, and 16 jobs in Al Dhaid Initiatives Implementation Authority projects. In addition, 22 employment are available through Khorfakkan Initiatives Implementation Authority projects.

It also includes 10 jobs with the Initiatives Implementation Authority's Dibba Al-Hisn projects, 8 jobs with Sharjah projects, 50 jobs with Kalba University, 50 jobs with Al-Dhaid University, 25 jobs with the wheat farm building, 18 jobs with the Mleiha Pasture, 30 jobs with Al Madam's Nuzha pasture and 30 jobs with Al Dhaid's scarf pasture.

His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi approved a sum of 100 million dirhams to commence the first phase of the project, which covers 40 Sharjah towers, to reduce fires in towers, residential and commercial buildings, and other structures.


Sharjah Municipality's Director of Technical Services, Eng. Khalifa bin Hadda Al Suwaidi, verified the replacement of combustible aluminium façades in these skyscrapers with resistant ones.

His Majesty Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, on the other hand, ordered yesterday that the second and third stages of Sharjah's wheat project "Seven Sanabel" be consolidated into a single phase with 26 axes covering 1900 hectares.


Engineer Khalifa Musabah Al Tunaiji, the head of Sharjah's Department of Agriculture and Livestock, confirmed on 'Direct Line' that His Highness, the Ruler of Sharjah, has directed the urgency of the project to produce the greatest amount of wheat to meet market demand, provided that work begins next season.
