Registration link for the Dubai Marathon 2023
After confirming the event's dates, the promoters of the Dubai Marathon 2024 are officially accepting registrations for the race.

On January 7, 2024, the inaugural running of the Middle East's oldest and most prestigious international marathon will take place.

There will not only be the traditional marathon distance of 42.195 kilometres, but also shorter races of 4 kilometres and 10 kilometres, so runners of all levels will have an event for which to prepare.
The announcement comes just a few weeks after the Dubai Marathon was added to the sporting calendar of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) for the first time since January of 2020.
"We thank Dubai Sports Council for their support, and we are now looking forward to working together with the relevant government organisations to stage an event that once again brings elite and amateur runners alike into the heart of the city," said Race Director Peter Connerton. "We thank Dubai Sports Council for their support."
The Dubai Sports Council will oversee the staging of the 2024 Dubai Marathon once again, and the event's organisers will collaborate throughout the year with the Dubai Police Department, the Dubai Roads and Transport Authority, and the Dubai Municipality to formalise the courses for all three events.
According to Saeed Hareb, the Secretary General of the Dubai Sports Council, "The Dubai Marathon is one of the largest annual events in Dubai and is eagerly anticipated by runners of all ages and abilities with participants from both within and outside of the UAE."
